broken remote faulty air conditioning
i had some issues the air conditioning was not functional i was told it was switched off to save money this is not what one expects the television remote also failed to work properly it made adjusting channels irritating

Really good Stay, Comfort and Convenience Combined
spacious room comfortable bed secure parking
The room was spacious with a really comfortable bed, i loved the bathtub in the bathroom. ample wardrobe space provided more than enough room for our belongings. the playground for young visitors looked great. we appreciated the availability of free secure parking. It gave us peace of mind. the rooms are large and very quiet.
the air conditioning system was switched off, slightly inconvenient.

the staff spoke english very well, helpful. i found them efficient and friendly. they worked diligently to manage the busy bar and restaurant, always smiling and assisting.

The room was clean. The air conditioning WORKED, important. The hotel provided free, secure parking, a significant plus.
The dinner menu was disappointing. I thought food quality was poor. The meals seemed pre-frozen and tasteless.
